Founded on 31 December 1974, Fadason Sdn. Bhd. has grown from a trusted regional dealership into a respected player in the Malaysian automotive industry. On 5 January 1975, we joined the Inchcape Malaysia family as distributor for Borneo Motors, Champion Motors, Century Motors and Orchard Motors, representing renowned brands such as Toyota, Audi, Renault, and Volkswagen, along with commercial trucks and lorries across Seberang Perai and southern Kedah.

Today, Fadason is a proud authorized dealer of UMW Toyota Motor. Through decades of evolution within the automotive landscape, we have remained a loyal Toyota partner for over 50 years, earning our place as the second oldest Toyota dealer in Malaysia — a testament to our consistency, credibility, and customer trust.

In November 2024, we expanded our horizons by becoming an authorized Dongfeng passenger car dealer, under Central Auto Distributors Bhd (CADB) — the exclusive importer and distributor of Dongfeng passenger vehicles in Malaysia and a wholly owned subsidiary of PEKEMA. Supported by strong industry leadership and a global partnership with DFMIEC, this milestone marks our strategic move into the electric vehicle (EV) era, supporting Malaysia's transition toward sustainable mobility.

Fadason Sdn. Bhd. is also among the early members of PEKEMA (Persatuan Pengimport & Peniaga Kenderaan Melayu Malaysia), having joined on 9 July 1982 under Membership No. 46. The company holds an Open AP license for both cars and motorcycles, reinforcing its long-standing credibility and contribution to the Malaysian automotive trading landscape.
